Dr. Kelly Will received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Austin College in 1980 and his doctorate of medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1984. He completed a general surgery internship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. He then completed his anesthesia and pain management residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, where he was chief resident for two years.
Board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management, Dr. Kelly Will has been in private practice since 1989, where he has performed innovative treatments tailored to each patient. These treatments employ a combination of various injection therapies, such as epidural steroid injections (selective root blocks) and implantable spinal cord neurostimulation techniques.
He was awarded as a ‘Best Doctor in Dallas’ by D Magazine from 2003-2011 and is a member of the Texas Medical Association, International Association for the Study of Pain, American Pain Society, and International Headache Society. In addition, recent research by Dr. Will and Dr. Reed earned the prestigious Cephalalgia Award, presented by the editors of Cephalalgia, the medical journal of the International Headache Society.
