Committed to healthcare innovation and improvement, Dr Conley has pursued advanced education and training throughout his career – to deliver cutting edge quality medical care. After completing medical school at the world renown Baylor College of Medicine, he did a 5 year orthopedic surgery residency at Chicago’s Rush Medical College Affiliate program. He did additional spine surgery fellowship training at the Rush Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Fellowship and Chicago Shriner’s Hospital and served his country as a orthopedic spine surgeon at David Grant Medical Center , Travis AFB in California.

Moving to OKC in 2000, he practiced with the OSSO Network physicians advancing innovations in spine surgery as a pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS) , and spine artificial disc surgery. He was the first spine surgeon in Oklahoma to perform a lumbar disc replacement surgery, as well as the first perform to MIS lumbar decompression and fusion surgery with instrumentation and fusion cages through a 1.5 inch MIS portal. He did consulting with major industry leaders in the development of MIS instrumentation and techniques and taught these new techniques to surgeons across the US and internationally.

He continues to advance his knowledge and care for orthopedics and spine with an additional fellowship and advanced training in interventional pain management and integrative care of spine and orthopedic injuries. His surgical practice continues to focus on motion preserving technologies and minimally invasive techniques, with application of integrative care, and the emerging field of regenerative medicine as it relates to spine, orthopedic and pain management.
